- hi, every owner of the flats, they need to prepare the flat for u. He has to clean and replace distroyed/dirty equipment. Another case u can ask for rabat % :) + if you buy something new to the flat always inform ur owner. If he is agree for change things for the new one, always keep the receipt and show it to ur owner, u will pay less for ur rent. Greetings
